Founder
Highly dedicated, passionate, and transformation-driven, Monica James is a spearheading healthcare Entrepreneur with an underlying mission to support individuals and families in obtaining the quality life they deserve. As the Founder and Owner of Lilly's Place, a leading Assisted Living Facility which provides an environment that promotes and supports independence, purpose and dignity for persons who are disabled, seniors, or placed in hospice care, Monica has demonstrated her decadency for helping others, and enjoys every moment of raising the healthcare standards bar.
Growing up, Monica was raised by her great grandmother and had strong family values, loyalty, commitment, and resilience instilled in her at a young age. These core traits are what have helped her overcome hardships in life, going from a teen mom who was struggling to survive to the successful, inspirational person she is today. Furthermore, from working in Corporate America for over 14 years to establishing Lilly’s Place that was birthed out of the love that her great grandmother showed her, Monica showcases that even with humble beginnings, anyone can build a wonderful future for themselves and live the life they have always dreamed of.
In the end, nothing makes Monica happier than being a valuable resource for others to succeed. She built her business on a foundation of self-development, motivation, and revitalization, and has become an influential leader who is actively manifesting the narrative for assisted living homes. However, when she is not working or empowering others to chase their passions, you can find her spending time with her family, enjoying arts and crafts, traveling, and volunteering at local shelters.
